With 15 years of experience in the event/production industry. Ryan understands the nuances of how to make each event a masterpiece. Ryan’s theater background from his youth can be seen in the elegant production designs he and his team create that help frame a stage in the perfect way. Having produced multi-million dollar events for thousands of guests down to intimate exclusive receptions for a handful of people. Ryan and the team at BEYOND will work for you to create the ideal setting for your event.

With over 18 years in the event industry in planning and event production, Jennifer uses the latest in technology and trends to create exciting visual and sensory experiences to define her clients’ vision/message. Jennifer has worked all over the country and in international locations such as London and Beijing. Whether planning multi-million dollar events for thousands of attendees or smaller social events she understands the requirements of large scale production events and the nuanced details of personal events. Jennifer is a dedicated volunteer to many Dallas charities. Currently she is the Co-Chair for the Partners Card 25th Anniversary benefiting The Family Place.

A native Californian, Pumba joined BEYOND in May 2011. He is a Certified High End Lighting Technician and trained in Avolites Lighting Programming. He began his career as a Stage Hand and Audio and Lighting Technician at the House of Blues in Anaheim and Dallas. He later toured the country as a Lighting Director with a variety musicians and bands. Pumba has the technical skills vision and patience necessary to get the job done right. His greatest satisfaction is working on a team to take an event from an idea on paper to the final product. Pumba is married to Elizabeth and they are the proud parents of two dogs Frankie (a Boxer) and Rosie (a Dachshund Pincher mix.) He loves all types of live music and enjoys every opportunity to see a great show.

Tyler, a Dallas native, graduated from Prairie View A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts. A self proclaimed “AV nerd” he has worked as a production assistant since graduating and continuously records music. Tyler joined the BEYOND team in March of 2014 where he loves the collaborative nature with his teammates that brings their imaginations together. In his free time he loves to be with his son and play his guitar. You can often find him at Klyde Warren Park where he enjoys the good vibes family atmosphere and food trucks.

With over 7 years in the event industry in sales and event production, Ashton uses her intuition and experience to engage with clients to partner in executing their vision. In addition, Ashton has considerable experience in leading on-site installations giving her insight into different event products and on the job management training leading a team. Ashton sits on the Board of the International Live Events Association (ILEA) formerly International Special Events Society or ISES. When not working or volunteering her time, she is passionate for food, exploring the Dallas’ vibrant restaurant scene and promoting the work of local artists.

Casey joined the BEYOND team in September 2014. He worked for the Grove in Anaheim, CA and spent several years in Los Angeles as a freelance Technician and Light Board Operator. His years at the Grove instilled in him a tremendous work ethic and a demand for perfection from himself and his fellow team members. Casey has two young daughters, Harlee and Ivy, who provide hours of entertainment. Always in search of an unbelievable taco he enjoys taking trips to Austin and spending time in Fort Worth.

Erik joined the BEYOND team in June 2014. He graduated from Full Sail University with a degree in Recording Engineering. Erik has a diverse background with considerable time spent in Audio Design, Projection Design and Production Management for events for 10-10,000 people. A perfectionist who’s able to incorporate last minute changes with ease, Erik enjoys designing specialized solutions for complicated projects. Erik is married to Hannah and they have two small children that keep them on their toes! They enjoy exploring Dallas’ countless parks and lakes and still make time to see live theater.

Marcus, a BEYOND team member since October, 2013. Marcus developed his AV talents the old fashioned way – learning by doing. He worked with friends to set up PA systems for bands at small punk rock shows at skate-parks around Dallas. No two events are exactly the same and that keeps Marcus excited about his job at BEYOND. He prides himself in giving every job 100% of his attention and effort to achieve a seamless outcome for each client. In his off hours, Marcus plays in and tours with an Alternative Punk band called The News Can Wait. You can also find him in and around Dallas exploring comic book and record stores.

Josh began working at BEYOND in 2012. He graduated with Honors from L.V. Berkner High School in 2011 and has earned an Associate’s Degree in Science. Josh developed a strong work ethic while working with his father as a teen in the remodeling industry of large-scale buildings and he is dedicated to his pursuit of excellence on the job. Being part of a team to create special events that exceed our clients’ expectations is his favorite part of his job. A voracious traveler, Josh spends his spare time crossing places off his travel bucket list. He is also an avid rock climber and is always looking for his next great adventure.

Judy has been a BEYOND team member since November 2010. She graduated from The Art Institute of Dallas with a Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Media Production where she was awarded Most Outstanding Graduate. Since Judy began her career, technology has drastically changed and she prides herself on staying current on emerging technologies and trends. She transforms hours of beautifully shot footage into heartfelt and compelling stories for her clients to preserve their special moments forever. Judy is an active member of the Society of Wedding Planners. She enjoys different types of creative pursuits and spoiling her orange and white tabby cat Jack.

Tony joined the BEYOND team as a technician in May 2007 and worked his way up into management. Tony credits his fellow BEYOND team members for keeping their work environment sane and fun, and he enjoys the spirit of teamwork necessary for bringing an event to life. He is highly organized and is responsible for ensuring all equipment is ready and where it needs to be at the right time so an event runs smoothly from beginning to end. Tony enjoys photography, screen printing and home improvement projects which make his wife, dogs and new baby boy very happy.

Sarah is the newest member of the BEYOND team. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from the University of North Texas and previously worked at Lightly Photography as a Studio Manager and Lead Associate Photographer. With nearly eight years in the event industry, Sarah understands all the different moving parts of a successful event and appreciates the collaborative process in bringing an event to life. Her photography background also gives her a crucial eye for detail and an artistic sensibility. In her free time, Sarah enjoys all types of water sports and is a frequent visitor to the Dallas Museum of Art and The Modern in Fort Worth. She is a proud dog mom to a pocket boxer named Harley Quinn.

Erick has been on the BEYOND team since 2010 and he is a graduate of the University of North Texas. With a wonderful eye for detail, Erick is a great team leader who makes sure his crew finishes on or before deadline. His favorite part of his job is when an event has a specific custom build project or when an event allows him to travel. Erick enjoys animals and nature and can often be found visiting the Dallas Zoo or tending to his personal aquarium of over 50 fish.

Faith joined the BEYOND team in March 2013. She is a Certified Vari-Light Technician for the VL 2500 Series and has Hog4 Programming Certification. Previously, Faith worked for a permanent installation company installing audio, video and lighting into Mega-Churches and educating Church employees on how to use the equipment. Outside of her diverse technical skill, Faith is an avid painter and finds the creative process in painting is similar to that of designing lighting plans for events. Faith volunteers for the suicide prevention and mental health advocate non-profit, Unconventional Hope. A self-described hockey fanatic you can often find Faith wearing her gold and green while cheering on the Dallas Stars.

Justin has been a part of the BEYOND team since October, 2008. The diversity of the event industry is what excites Justin the most about his job. He credits his college jobs of waiting tables and bartending for developing his abilities to multitask and manage stress, both invaluable skills in the event industry. Not surprisingly he is a numbers guy and excellent at time management. Justin is married to BEYOND’s Video Production Manager, Melissa and can often be found chasing after their three dogs. A huge Dallas sports fan, Justin had the ultimate fan experience when he ran lighting for the 20 year reunion of the 1992 Dallas Cowboys Championship Team.

Melissa is a long time BEYOND veteran, being with the team since its inception, she has brought nothing but a can do attitude and desire for creating the perfect film. Melissa’s work behind the video camera has shown everyone the natural talent that she was blessed with. She has a knack for getting the right shot at the ideal time. It was her contribution that allowed for BEYOND to be awarded the 2013 ISES Esprit Award for Film Excellence.
