Transformation Tuesday! This week we go back to Brook Hollow Golf Club a birthday party. For this event BEYOND provided uplighting in the ballroom and porch, pinspotting on the tall floral and it was our first time to suspend our Cafe stringers in the ballroom. Transformation Tuesday! This was a fun event back in February working with MatchPoint that BEYOND provided production design for The Bomb Factory. We provided our 7’11” x 14′ front projection screens, our 12k Barco projectors,Roland HD video switcher, microphones and Comm system. For lighting in the main room BEYOND had our large string lights swags throughout the ceiling with gobo projections.
Transformation Tuesday! The Dallas Omni is one of the many hotels in Dallas we love working at. Here we see their Trinity ballroom transformed for a fun Texas themed event. For this event with planning by Ultimate Ventures BEYOND provided uplighting divided into 3 different colors for the theme, wash of the 16ft oil derricks, uplighting for artwork and drape on stage, custom gobos and intelligent moving heads.
Transformation Tuesday! Back in February we did a wonderful winter wedding with StarDust Celebrations in the Sky Lobby of the Dallas Petroleum Club. For this wedding we had controlled up lights that went from candlelight to blue, a cake wash hit from 360 degrees, tall floral cross spits, head table wash with our Taylor Chandelier hung above the cake. Transformation Tuesday! This weeks transformation comes from the The Hockaday School gym. We have worked with Mathes and Co Events for the past several years on their annual gala. For this event for BEYOND’s audio visual design we rigged an audio system with speakers as well as screens and lighting above the center stage. In the gym for lighting we provided gobo patterns and band and stage lighting.
Transformation Tuesday! While we showcased the exterior of Belo Mansion a few weeks ago this week we wanted to showcase inside their ballroom. For this holiday party to create dramatic and impactful lighting effects our moving head fixtures changed colors, intensity, patterns and projected different effects through out the night, We provided stage lighting for the band including uplights, washed the blackjack tables, bars and decor with light.
Transformation Tuesday! This weeks transformation is from a beautiful winter wedding at the Ritz Carlton Dallas ballroom,. For they wedding BEYOND had blush uplighting around the perimeter, pinspots of florals on guest tables, wash of florals on pedestals flanking the stage, and a controlled wash of the crystal rain installation over the dance floor which changed color and intensity throughout the night to match the evenings atmosphere.
